Belle of the Brawl hits the board as a 3/3 menace for three mana and makes every other creature you control a 3/3 menace until end of turn — that's a legitimate alpha-strike enabler stapled to a reasonable body. It's a build-around payoff that asks for a wide board and rewards you immediately when you have one.

Commander is the natural home for Belle of the Brawl — go-wide token strategies, especially in black, can convert the mass-menace pump into a lethal swing out of nowhere. Outside Commander, the card is legal in Legacy, Modern, Pioneer, Vintage, and Oathbreaker, but sees no meaningful competitive play in any of those formats; the effect is too conditional for cutthroat 60-card environments where board states rarely get wide enough fast enough to justify a three-mana sorcery-speed creature. Stick to multiplayer Commander if you want to actually feel the payoff.
