Auriok Survivors enters and puts an Equipment from your graveyard directly onto the battlefield attached to it — that's immediate, free value on a 4/6 body. The six-mana cost is the ceiling here, and whether it clears that bar depends entirely on whether Glider Staff or something more impactful is waiting in your yard.
Format Analysis
Where it lives, where it can’t
| Format | Verdict |
|---|---|
| commander | legal |
| legacy | legal |
| modern | legal |
| pioneer | not legal |
| standard | not legal |
| vintage | legal |
| pauper | not legal |
| oathbreaker | legal |
Auriok Survivors is legal in Commander, Legacy, Modern, Vintage, and Oathbreaker, but it sees virtually no competitive play in any of those formats. In Commander it has a narrow home in Equipment-heavy reanimator decks where the graveyard recursion stapled to a large body can generate real tempo, but six mana for a creature with no evasion is a hard sell when cheaper alternatives exist. In Legacy and Modern the card is simply outclassed — those formats have no patience for a six-mana 4/6 with a conditional trigger.

$0.17 bulk tier
At $0.17, Auriok Survivors is pure bulk — a slot filler rather than a staple. Demand is narrow enough that the price is unlikely to move in either direction without a reprint or a breakout combo discovery.
