Augury Raven is a 3/2 flyer for three mana with a scry-1 trigger when it attacks — a modest body with a modest bonus that never quite justifies the slot. It fills the board, replaces the bottom of your deck one card at a time, and does neither well enough to outcompete purpose-built alternatives.

Augury Raven is legal everywhere except Standard, but that breadth doesn't translate to relevance. In Pauper it's outclassed by more impactful commons at the same cost, and in Commander a 3/2 flyer with scry 1 on attack is simply too slow and too small to matter — 99-card decks demand either a stronger body or a more explosive payoff. Legacy and Vintage are non-starters for a card this underpowered. The only realistic home is a budget Commander list that genuinely needs a blue flying body and has nothing better to slot in.
