Anikthea, Hand of Erebos
Legendary Enchantment Creature — Demigod
Menace
Other enchantment creatures you control have menace.
Whenever Anikthea enters or attacks, exile up to one target non-Aura enchantment card from your graveyard. Create a token that's a copy of that card, except it's a 3/3 black Zombie creature in addition to its other types.

Anikthea, Hand of Erebos turns your graveyard into a token factory — every enchantment you've lost becomes a 3/3 indestructible Zombie copy that keeps the enchantment's text online. The catch is a five-mana commander with no built-in protection, so enchantment-heavy shells that run Narci, Fable Singer effects or resilient enchanters like Three Blind Mice thrive here, but glass-cannon builds get blown out before the engine starts.
Best Commanders
Commanders with the highest synergy

Narci, Fable Singer
Narci, Fable Singer scores an enchantment payoff every time one enters or dies, and Anikthea, Hand of Erebos triggers that loop from the graveyard — each Zombie token created is an enchantment entering the battlefield, so the two commanders stack engine on top of engine in the same color identity.
Terra, Magical Adept
Terra, Magical Adept's ability to blink or flicker permanents gives Anikthea, Hand of Erebos repeated graveyard sweeps on demand, letting you rebuild your Zombie board whenever Terra resets the battlefield.

Anikthea, Hand of Erebos is a Commander card through and through — the combination of a five-mana cost, a graveyard-centric engine, and a build-around color identity (white-black-green) maps almost entirely to the 100-card singleton format where those conditions pay off over a long game. In Legacy and Vintage, where she's technically legal, the format's speed makes a five-mana do-nothing-until-next-turn legendary a non-starter. Oathbreaker is the one alternative 60-life format where Anikthea could theoretically slot in, but her payoff requires a critical mass of enchantments in the graveyard that a 58-card deck with a signature spell struggles to assemble consistently.
