An-Havva Township taps for one green mana or, by tapping three other lands alongside it, adds green equal to the number of green permanents you control — a ceiling that sounds high and a floor that is just a worse Forest. The activation cost is so prohibitive that outside dedicated green-devotion or token-swarm decks, this is a land that asks for too much and delivers too little.
Format Analysis
Where it lives, where it can’t

| pioneer | not legal |

| vintage | legal |
| pauper | not legal |
| oathbreaker | legal |
An-Havva Township is legal in Commander, Legacy, Vintage, and Oathbreaker, but sees essentially no competitive play in any of them. In Legacy and Vintage, the bar for non-basic lands is "enters untapped and does something immediately" — An-Havva Township fails that test on both counts. In Commander, where green permanents can pile up fast, the activation is still a four-land tap to net one burst of mana, which means you're skipping your normal land contributions for a turn just to float green you probably didn't need. Oathbreaker's smaller game size makes the condition even harder to trigger relevantly.

Price Context
Current price
$0.27 bulk tier
At $0.27, An-Havva Township is bulk, and bulk is the right tier for it. Demand is low enough that this price is stable by default rather than by merit — there is no supply pressure pushing it higher.
