Aladdin steals any artifact your opponent controls for as long as it stays in play — repeatable, targeted, and attached to a body. The cost is steep: four mana for a 1/1 that needs to tap and survive to keep the theft, making it fragile in any format where removal is common.

Aladdin is legal in Commander, Legacy, Vintage, and Oathbreaker, but sees essentially no competitive play in any of them. In Commander, where artifacts are everywhere and a stolen Sol Ring or Blightsteel Colossus can swing a game, Aladdin has the most plausible home — but four mana for a 1/1 with no protection is an easy removal target before the ability ever resolves. Legacy and Vintage have no interest in a creature this fragile and slow. Oathbreaker follows the same logic as Commander at a smaller scale: the effect is real, the body is not.
