Ainok Wayfarer
Creature — Dog Scout
When this creature enters, mill three cards. You may put a land card from among them into your hand. If you don't, put a +1/+1 counter on this creature. (To mill three cards, put the top three cards of your library into your graveyard.)

Ainok Wayfarer puts a 2/3 body on the board and replaces itself for two mana — that's a clean rate when you need both a creature and a card. The catch is that it's a 2/3 for two with upside only in graveyard decks, and outside of that context it's strictly filler.

Hogaak, Arisen Necropolis
Hogaak, Arisen Necropolis wants creatures in the graveyard and on the battlefield to convoke and delve it out repeatedly — Ainok Wayfarer feeds both conditions by dying into the yard while replacing itself, keeping the engine stocked.

Ainok Wayfarer is legal everywhere but relevant almost nowhere outside Commander. In Pauper and older formats, a 2/3 for two that cantrips on death is fine in theory, but the death trigger requires another creature to already be in the graveyard, which makes it conditional in ways that cleaner cantrip bodies are not. In Commander, Ainok Wayfarer earns its slot specifically in graveyard-matters decks — think Hogaak or aristocrats builds — where the self-mill plus draw is a genuine two-for-one. Anywhere else, it's just a 2/3 that replaces itself under a condition you have to build around.

Price Context
Current price
$0.04 bulk tier
At $0.04, Ainok Wayfarer is deep bulk — buy a playset for the cost of a sleeve. That price is stable because demand is narrow and supply is high; there's no reason to expect movement in either direction.
