Agent of Shauku trades a counter from any creature you control to put a +1/+1 counter on itself — a narrow, costly way to grow a single body that rarely justifies the slot. Outside of dedicated counter-manipulation strategies, it sits firmly in bulk-rare territory and gets outclassed by almost every other creature-growth option available.

Agent of Shauku is legal in Commander, Legacy, Vintage, Pauper, and Oathbreaker, but sees virtually no play in any of them.
